Super comfy and probably best worn over leggings. I got these just to wear when I have shorts on but my legs and feet are cold. Just against bare skin causes it to slip and fall, though just from my mid thigh down to my knees more. These are my go to style of pull on boots for our Minnesota winters. These are comfortable and warm. They fit true to size so I would not size up as many reviewers have said to do. I listened to them, sized up and they are a bit too big. My normal size would have fit fine. I’m not sending back because they do accommodate a thicker sock well and they’re not slipping or a sloppy fit.
