Very basic but balance charges well.

I rated it high because there really wasn't anything like it in its price range. It only balance charges though, so no storage charge or anything fancy. No touch screen so I'm not even sure why I had to rate that. Just plug your lipo in and wait for it to turn green. So far no issues but if I had more money I'd go with something that could do more. For what it's worth it will charge an R/C lipo quickly and efficiently though. If you want more you will pay more. I might recommend more in theory…

It doesn’t stop charging

It may have killed my stock scx24 2s battery by overcharging. The 2 red "charging” lights would stay on for hours. After one red light refused to turn green all day, I decided to check the voltage with a multimeter. One cell was dead. I knew nothing about lipos or batteries in general. After researching lipos I learned that each cell should be charged to no more than 4.2 volts max, stored at 3.8 volts, and discharged no less than 3.0 volts. Fast forward, I ordered new batteries. Checked them…

This little charger works like a charm, it balances all the cells really well every time, works perfect for my 3s LiPo battery

Didn't last long for my opinion

I got 3 charges out of this product before malfunctioning. Lights are supposed to be green for ready/standby and red means it charging. Without a battery plugged in I lost cell#2 for balance charging. Spend the extra money and get something better.

GREAT LITTLE 2S CHARGER

Bought this for charging 2S LiPo batteries I use. Decided to try it on my Snaptain 700S drone battery in lieu of the USB charger that came with it and it's faster. I'd buy it again without hesitation.

Charger stopped charging one of the cells

I bought this charger and after 3 months it stopped charging one of the cells. Out of the three lights on it only the first and last were turning on. The middle one was off. Not sure what might have happened. I would not recommend this product. I reached out to support and they very promptly refunded the money. I appreciate the support

Safety hazard! Don’t buy!

It’s extremely slow to charge, I have no confidence that it’s charging properly.LEDs are extremely bright so you can’t charge it in your room to monitor itThe third time I used it, I unplugged the battery and it shocked me. The device now no longer worksThis product is a safety hazard. Don’t buy!

Exactly as advrrtised

Has worked to charge my 3000 mah 3s 50c batteries from a complete discharge multiple times and all cells have showed equal voltage after charge. Works exactly as intended

No Quality Control best in my review

Just stays green and never starts charging. I’ve sent the original back and the replacement is also faulty. Worst quality I’ve seen on Revain.

Charges my 5200 lipo no problem

I have a Zee lipo 5200 and it charges it fairly quick actually. Idk why people are saying it takes 10 hours, it does not. it charged mine in like 4-5hrs. I like that it does not over charge the battery, and stops the charge current once it detects that the battery is charged.

MAKE SURE POWER PLUG IS SECURED IN THE OUTLET AND WORKS GREAT

THE NICE SMALLCHARGER WAS WORKING LIKE IT SHOULD UNTIL THE SHORT LENGTH POWER PLUG ACCIDENTALLY FELL OUT OF THE SOCKET AND THE BATTERY AND CHARGER WENT UP IN SMOKE. OBVIOUSLY IT DOES NOT HAVE SERIES DIODE PROTECTION IN THE OUTPUT AND THE BATTERY AND CHARGER WERE BOTH DESTROYED IN SECONDS.

If you're willing to wait to charge more than one battery this can't be beat.

Using this to charge my Lipo batteries, easy to use and a very good price. Only downside is that you can only charge one battery at time but then I knew that when I got it.

not really a balancing charger

A true balancing charger will balance cells while charging. This one charges each cell independently, until it reaches 4.2V. So no balancing. But, the safety of not overcharging is included.

  • Grandson smoked the one that came with the car, bought this as replacement. Saved the day

The charging lights are a bit finicky, and the explanation for how the lights work leaves something to be desired, but it charges my 3S battery just fine.
