is super moisturizing, completely repairs my split ends after styling damage and restores my colored wavy strands. If your hair is fine and in need of a good moisturizer, you can leave it on overnight and then wash it in the morning and follow your normal styling routine. Be sure to comb your hair and in my opinion you should not wash your hair for more than two days when using this product. I find that after the second day my hair gets quite heavy and rough but after washing it doesn't even come back with product or mist recycle. a small amount of this remedy treated the sun damage I got from the beach too! Overall an excellent keratin agency IMO. The smell is ok, nothing too pleasant or comforting about it, but it's not a bad smell. also great for treating my mother's permanently bleached blonde hair. If you have split ends due to styling, heat or color damage, this is a great SOS.
