I'm glad it fits snugly because I wouldn't want it.
I installed this on my 2014 Highlander. I gathered it and put it in the middle. It took me several times to install it and neatly. I had to reconfigure. This several times because there were no instructions. It's a really tight fit when trying to install it. I'm glad it fits snugly because I don't want it to move while riding. Once installed, there is room at the top for a small wallet or a few other items.
