I used them at 6-7 drops per half gallon of water, then watered the plants and almost completely eliminated the fungus gnats. I have about 30 plants at home. We went on vacation and our friend took care of our house. He, who knew nothing about house plants, watered them every day while we were away. A very nice touch but of course our few mosquitoes here and there exploded from infestation. I bought it based on the reviews and suggestions. It's expensive, but it will last forever and it WORKS! I first let the plants dry for as long as possible before they started to wilt, then mixed the pitcher with the solution and watered each plant deeply. It took several drying and watering cycles before everything was under control. However, I started seeing results within a few days. Now I very rarely see a mosquito, but I can deal with it. Nice to drink my juice and not find 3 mosquitoes in it. Lol Don't even bother wasting your money on other liquids. You are not working. Sticky traps work well with this substance because it kills adults and the solution kills pupae in the ground. Try it! You will not regret it!
