Update! The seller contacted me and was generous enough to send me a new wallet. They said most companies wouldn't do that, so I guess I'm lucky! They even sent me 3 pictures with instructions on how to properly zip the zipper so I could be careful not to damage the replacement. I've attached pictures so you all know how to zip up properly! I will update my star rating if the new wallet proves reliable. When I look at it, it seems to be the same quality, so I'm not really sure. But I appreciate your replacement. It was good customer service! I have used this wallet a total of 6 times and the zipper got stuck today. Unfortunately I've waited too long to open and use it and my returns window is closed. Now it's just garbage. It was pretty cheap so no big deal. But you definitely get what you pay for!
