Update: the customer service was very friendly and contacted me to send a replacement. Definitely impressed after interacting with them. Lot of times, even if the product isn't up to snuff because you're still developing it but if you treat your customers well, you will have repeat customers.We thoroughly checked the replacement, it was not warped nor exhibit any signs of cracks. So these LOOK fantastic. However. There is a trick to installing them.Lots of reviews stated they each too far over the lip, and will get hit by the tail gate. This is TRUE, but ONLY off you snug it down as tight as possible. If u snug it down tight enough to just not moving, it's perfectly fine, fits well, and looks fantastic.
