Edit - The product never worked but their customer service team took good care of me so I am changing my rating to 4 stars. I originally bought one and it didn't work in the printer. It kept throwing "Drum Error" indicating that we need to move the green tab to clear it. Thought maybe it was a bad thing, sent it back and got a replacement. Same problem. I called Brother thinking the printer was defective, they sent me a Brother branded drum and I haven't had any problems since.
