I have a lot of belly weight and usually wear large panties but I ordered both L and XL to be on the safe side as they looked quite short. Although both fit, I felt more comfortable in XL. These leggings are great! This is a high quality material that shapes and holds everything. They're short and stand out a little on the inner thighs, but honestly, there's nothing wrong with uncontrollably pulling out a wedge heel in public. I love these shorts and am ordering a second pair in white leopard print! I wish they were in more colors and patterns like solid color or snake print, I would buy them all!
