Do not buy faulty software

The camera needed a software update after 3 months of use. I followed the instructions to update the system and haven't been able to use it since. I contacted customer service and we tried to resolve the issue via email, nothing works and it seems they don't want to honor their replacement guarantee. I think a lot of their cameras are refurbished because a brand new camera doesn't break easily if nobody touches it. There are also problems connecting to your WiFi.
