The battery does not charge

For some reason the battery life in this product when not plugged in is terrible (15-30 minutes max?). So I really can't use this product even though I tried. It works fine when connected to the network, but I don't need it to be connected. It's too late to come back once I found this out, so I thought I'd check it out and let others know.

Not very comfortable

The picture is good and I bought it because it was wireless. However, the case is so slick that it is difficult to open it to reload. I only turn the camera on to test and don't leave it on 24/7 to avoid draining the battery quickly. That doesn't make it a very good security camera, just a good spy cam. The app is decent and everything was easy to connect (although I had to enter everything twice before it registered on my router). I will not buy this type of camera again.

The batteries don't work.

I wanted to please this camera. I have ordered two of these. I've spent many hours diagnosing battery charging issues. I can not. None of the cameras will charge the batteries while they are in the cameras. I tried 4 different charging cables when charging up to 100 watts. Charging the batteries outside the cells only allows the batteries to last 3 days inside the cells. The software does not extend battery life even when the batteries are fully charged. Too many questions, sorry, building…

Do not buy faulty software

The camera needed a software update after 3 months of use. I followed the instructions to update the system and haven't been able to use it since. I contacted customer service and we tried to resolve the issue via email, nothing works and it seems they don't want to honor their replacement guarantee. I think a lot of their cameras are refurbished because a brand new camera doesn't break easily if nobody touches it. There are also problems connecting to your WiFi.

WILL NOT WORK WITHOUT A LITMOR ACCOUNT! UNPROTECTED CAMERA! LITMOR HAS ACCESS TO ALL PICTURES!

This product is the most misleading product I have bought in a long time. I have rarely commented on products, but attention must be paid to the level of deception associated with this product. To declare something "safe" it must be used completely offline or isolated from the big Internet or a nearby network.
