I bought 4 of these stools and unfortunately all 4 broke within the first 6 months of ownership. Half of the chairs arrived with the same defective part which took around 3-4 weeks for customer service to replace it. Assembly was quick and easy as all my parts were in order. Unfortunately, over the next few months, all four stools broke in their adjustable stands and were no longer functional. The chairs were of such poor quality that 0% of them were able to be easily used by a small person 2-3 times a week. I suggest not risking them. There are many brands on Amazon with similar prices, much higher quality products, and better customer support. So I'm looking for a replacement.
