I buy these as disposable exhibition stools all the time. We actually have a few of these in our art department and they work great, but those who ever want to buy them for quick cheap show use should consider them. with 2 in a box and the cost is worth it. Good price, easy assembly, decent quality. These aren't the most comfortable stools but our kids use them at the bar and don't care how they feel. Not recommended for long periods of sitting or for adults - the seat does not drop far enough below an adult's hips to be comfortable. Their seat also reclines slightly, so they don't feel very supportive. I bought 4 of these stools and unfortunately all 4 broke within the first 6 months of ownership. Half of the chairs arrived with the same defective part which took around 3-4 weeks for customer service to replace it. Assembly was quick and easy as all my parts were in order. Unfortunately, over the next few months, all four stools broke in their adjustable stands and were no longer functional. The chairs were of such poor quality that 0% of them were able to be easily used by a small person 2-3

Overall, the bar stools appear to be made of rather flimsy material, which is to be expected given the price. At least it's easy to assemble and convenient enough. However, when I ordered one of the two stool legs arrived damaged, with rather ugly scratches on the otherwise nice metal leg (first photo). Instructions for ordering spare parts in the event of damage are enclosed with the orders. I followed the instructions and got a new base about a week later. But I would be very happy with that.

The first Revain order I was unhappy with. That is trash! I have no idea why anyone would give them a star above 2. They are a cut above The Dollar Store quality.
