Disclaimer: We bought two sets of these chairs in 2018 and we love them. BUT. Just bought another set, paid more for it from the same seller and was completely disappointed. First came a dirty, disheveled box with a big hole, and then one of the chairs is crooked (to the eye and to the touch). Also, faux leather is no longer a soft, comfortable chair, but a hard, rough surface that doesn't take shape or yield to your body when you slide and sit. It feels like vinyl. I then added a picture of the nifty cover that sits at the bottom of the chrome frame as it's plastic and doesn't snap into place. Very cheap and sticky. The chair is still nice (apart from the uneven plastic cover at the bottom and poor sweat quality at the bottom) but it looks deceptive and it's NOT the chair I bought two years ago. I'm not sure if I should return everything and forget about it or if I should try to replace my crooked second chair. A "good" chair is pictured so you can judge how it looks. Facts: Written: August 2020 The box came from China! The weight of the crate (with two chairs) is listed as 24 and 27 pounds (not sure which is correct).
