I've looked through hundreds of hydration packs to find this one that's perfect for my needs. I love the feature of trail running backpacks, which have lots of front pockets for easy access to your phone, snacks, hand sanitizer, etc., but trail running backpacks don't have a lot of room to store extra water or layers of clothing. The hiking hydration packs have the storage space I need but no front pockets. It was literally the only package I could find that had both. It's convenient and I can fit two extra 24 ounce bottles in the back along with a 2 liter bottle plus a jacket and other gear and my phone fits in the front pocket for easy picture taking and I have extra pockets for other things I need first. I have the Nathan trail running package and the Ultimate Direction package, both of which cost three times the price of this package and this one better suited my needs. I wish they would do this in more colors like a nice blue or turquoise.
