I like to sit on the balcony in the evening with a beer in my hand and watch the sunset. The cat always wants out, but I'm afraid a little furry rocket will chase a bird or something right off the railing. It was a little difficult to put on (big mistake for the cat), but it was MUCH easier than some of those cheap nylon straps that get tangled so easily. He didn't really care but once it was nice and cozy and he'd given up on coming out I took him out onto the balcony and after he sniffed the air for a few minutes he heard the neighbor's dog barking and wanted to come back pure. Overall, this is a strong harness with relatively light straps that your cat won't be able to wriggle out of if you pull it tight enough.
