Doesn't massage knee at all

When I bought this product I thought I'd get a knee massage but the pressure doesn't touch my knee at all. The two rings that inflate on each leg basically squeeze your thighs and calves together during the "massage", that's all. The heat has touched my knee but I can just wrap my knee for that, where's my fucking massage?!?!
