I had a big Kensington Blue Tooth key, but I smashed it against the wall while lugging my laptop around. So I figured I'd get a low profile, and since it was also a Kensington I figured I'd have the same features. NO! I don't seem to be able to use FTP with my phone like I used to with the larger size anymore. Now it's possible it could be my phone since it's new too, but it obviously supports send/receive so I think it's software related. FTP should at least be mimicked, but it isn't, so I can't just transfer multiple files, but one at a time. Ok, just tried it with my old phone. No, it doesn't seem to support FTP transfer. Oh, and it says it supports personal network, but I'm not sure if it does. Says it connects to my old cell that way and then checks the status and it's disconnected. What is it that these low-profile models don't support network access services like their bigger brothers? Pity!
