Works perfectly! Suitable for USB network adapter

In my opinion, Bluetooth adapters are always a bit finicky! So I'm writing this review from THAT point of view. It's very small so it doesn't really interfere, but it can interfere with another USB device if you have ports next to each other and an OTHER thick object next to it. It would be better if they had a type A input on top of that so I could connect another device in addition to this adapter. The software is Toshiba's standard Bluetooth adapter software, so the adapter is probably a bit

Eh - but works. - Networking Products

I had a big Kensington Blue Tooth key, but I smashed it against the wall while lugging my laptop around. So I figured I'd get a low profile, and since it was also a Kensington I figured I'd have the same features. NO! I don't seem to be able to use FTP with my phone like I used to with the larger size anymore. Now it's possible it could be my phone since it's new too, but it obviously supports send/receive so I think it's software related. FTP should at least be mimicked, but it isn't, so I…

Works when it wants!

Bought for a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse. With Windows 7. No installation problems or anything like that. Usually the included software just recognizes my keyboard and mouse, but sometimes it doesn't. My mouse always stays connected, but it drops my keyboard at least once a day. So I changed the batteries in the keyboard, same problem. So I changed my keyboard (brand and manufacturer) with the same problem. In fact, it sometimes goes into "keyboard overload" and repeats the key a million times

Great - works - glad I found it

I have previously purchased a CSR dongle which was a "throw" with a cheap Terax bluetooth mouse I bought off eBay. The "throw" should have been "thrown in". Ha. I ended up returning this combination as it worked inconsistently despite trying different drivers. Now this Kensington dongle is the winner. Despite several reviews, I read a Win 7 incompatibility warning that included (at least for now) a CD with the Toshiba Bluetooth Stack Version 7.00.05. Despite a lengthy install on my 5 1/2 year…

Miniature and creative solution!

My Sony VAIO has 2 USB ports on the right side, closer to the front next to the user, so when I plug in the USB wireless mouse adapter, the adapter sticks out and in my way of using the mouse (which is the case with the design didn't think very clearly). I was happy to find this solution from Kensington. I was hoping that the Kensington Bluetooth adapter would go further in, completely flush with the side of the laptop, but the adapter still sticks out about 1/2 inch (as in one of the images…
