Bought for a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse. With Windows 7. No installation problems or anything like that. Usually the included software just recognizes my keyboard and mouse, but sometimes it doesn't. My mouse always stays connected, but it drops my keyboard at least once a day. So I changed the batteries in the keyboard, same problem. So I changed my keyboard (brand and manufacturer) with the same problem. In fact, it sometimes goes into "keyboard overload" and repeats the key a million times until you unplug the adapter! (This was done with BOTH keyboards.) I've tried everything - even a new computer! The same problems. On the mouse, the thing is solid, so I give it three stars, but the keyboard (IMHO) doesn't like it. I even tried placing the adapter right next to the keyboard - doesn't work. Pros: Works reliably with a mouse. Cons: Sometimes: the keyboard falls off and you have to reconnect it manually, otherwise there may be a loop with the keys. In general - buy it if you use a mouse - look elsewhere for a keyboard.
