Package came a little damaged but everything is in good shape. It does seem to be very sturdy and well built, and comes completely assembled. Only complaints are that it came with no instructions - easy enough to figure out but I was afraid maybe I would break it trying to figure out the adjustable headrest; the fabric flaps at the bottom are a tad too small to fully cover the metal structures beneath them, although it's nice there are magnets sewn in to hold them down it just gives it a cheaper look; and I have a nagging feeling that it is way overpriced compared to the overall quality of the product - fabric, padding etc. It is extremely firm so if your guests are not into that, be ready to spring for a topper in addition to the $400 you already paid. Overall I am happy with it but had I not needed a last minute solution, I doubt I would have paid as much for this.
