The only thing I can say about this mount is that it is functional. It doesn't do its job justice and is far from perfect. If there were another VESA adapter option for Asus VX series monitors, I would return that adapter and walk away with it. Unfortunately I could not find any other version of the VESA adapter for these monitors. The problem I have with it is that it somehow doesn't mount directly to the monitor. Instead, it attaches to the base that comes with the monitor, making the monitor extremely unstable when mounted on an adjustable arm. Attaching the adapter directly to the monitor, preferably where the stand will be used, will make the adapter much more stable. As I said, I'm only giving it 3 stars because it has minimal functionality and there are no other VESA adapter options for these monitors.
