I gave this product 4 stars because it's quite nice now that it's finally connected to Wi-Fi. The 14 inch screen is perfect for me. Not too small or too big. 1080 HD is definitely worth it. Excellent sharpness and clarity when it comes to image quality. I love the keyboard. The keys feel soft and don't make much noise, and the backlit keys feel comfortable. The product remained connected to the WLAN for a good 24 hours. But after opening and turning it on, it took several hours to stay connected. It finds my network, connects and disconnects after a few minutes. After much research I found out that this device only had Chrome OS version 79. Chrome is now version 81, so maybe that helped solve the problem. I can always reach out to HP to discuss the issue and see how they can shed light on it. I called my ISP and all internet connections are fine. I've never had trouble connecting any device in my house to my WiFi. So fingers crossed this good Chromebook stays connected!
