If you're searching for a website that will make your life miserable while you're trying to shop online, look no further than Refetone. Their products do not measure up to the lofty expectations set forth on their website. I placed an order for a pair of bath rugs that appeared to be thick and cozy on the website; however, when they arrived, I discovered that they were paper-thin and scratchy. In addition, the colors did not correspond in any way to what was depicted on the website. It was very frustrating, much like a bad version of "spot the difference." The quality of their customer support is on par with the quality of their products. They did not respond to my attempts to contact them in order to resolve the problem, and they were of no assistance to me. It gives the impression that they couldn't care less about the people who buy from them. It's a real shame, because I had high expectations for Refetone, because he let me down. But after what I've learned, I wouldn't even suggest them to my worst adversary. Go shopping somewhere else to save yourself some time and money.
