I am hesitant to buy shirts that have a higher waistline like this, as I have a large bust, but I went for it anyway. The shirt runs just a tiny bit small, probably only a half size or so, so the waistline definitely hit me mid-boob. However, it wasn't terribly unflattering.My main issue is that, after I washed it once, the elastic in one of the sleeves entirely disappeared. The left one is fine, still cinches at the wrist. The right one no longer has elastic and just flops around.
