Review on RWM Casters Caster Bearing Capacity Material Handling Products for Casters by Mark Sutovsky

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great heavy duty casters

Eight of these casters replaced 12 3 inch casters with no polymer bearings on a home built cart. A trolley is used to move a 2000 pound disc. 15 feet, turn 90 degrees and another 30 feet on the cement board floor to install the shield on the tractor. The final mount always requires a few inches of angular movement to bring everything down to the three-point hitch. Everything is moved by one person. The original rig was 20 years old and getting harder and harder to move - I preferred to ignore the fact that I was approaching 70. The new rollers bought another 10 years of disc work. Update: Used the drive again today. I was between the tractor and the disc wagon, I pulled it towards me and it continued to move on its own. I have flat bottom so I was able to stop her before she pinned me to the tractor. I got this warning a few days ago when I leaned against the pane and looked for something and it moved. I've updated this review so you know that if you don't have a level floor, you should at least consider some locking casters.
