I was looking for a sturdy glasses case that I can throw in the car or attach to my belt loop. This product works great, displays fit large semi-circular glasses. The body is semi-rigid to withstand bumps and drops, the retaining ring is attached with a strong nylon loop to which a metal carabiner is attached. The carabiner is strong but I don't like the jagged edges although it doubles as a bottle opener. If you don't like it, you can simply replace it with a standard carabiner. A protective microfiber cloth and an eyeglass screwdriver are nice additions. I don't mess with the janitor about my glasses. The insides aren't particularly abrasive, so I just toss in my goggles.
