I like that we can use this in our office environment. It helps out with productivity by identifying issues when they occur without needing constant attention from an IT person or supervisor. We are able to identify problems early so that fixes/replacements are less costly than resolving them later down the road. The interface could be improved just slightly but does not take away any of its benefits at all! You will find yourself using this product if you have multiple people who work remotely as well as those who utilize PC's within your organization. This program has helped us reduce downtime related to hardware failure which saves money through reduced repair costs.
