I like that this system can identify my issues with our infrastructure without me having too much of an understanding about how things work in terms or networking as well! I like that this software works with our Cisco devices in order to detect any issues or problems within them as well as making recommendations about how we can improve their performance over time if they are not performing at an acceptable level. I like that we can use this in our office environment. It helps out with productivity by identifying issues when they occur without needing constant attention from an IT person or supervisor. We are able to identify problems early so that fixes/replacements are less costly than resolving them later down the road. The interface could be improved just slightly but does not take away any of its benefits at all! You will find yourself using this product if you have multiple people who work remotely
