I like that this software works with our Cisco devices in order to detect any issues or problems within them as well as making recommendations about how we can improve their performance over time if they are not performing at an acceptable level. It's great because you don't have to worry so much when your device isn’t working properly since there will be someone available 24/7 who has experience fixing these types of systems; therefore all work related tasks should run smoothly! There aren't many downsides but some people may dislike having notifications pop up while trying to use other programs such as email which could distract from one task only being able to focus on another program during those times. If my team was using cognitive assistant then troubleshooting would go faster than ever without me needing help doing things manually myself due to its ability to identify potential faults quickly allowing us more.
