The product looked very good from the outside. When my husband tried to use it, he used the vent but it didn't hold his phone upright for him to see the screen, defeating the purpose of using this device. He didn't use a suction cup because it came with adhesive that he didn't want to stick to the dashboard. All in all we are disappointed with the product.
