I bought this product to use in the kitchen as a slicer and scraper for bread dough. The edges were flat and sharp enough to cut through the dough well. The edges slide over the work surface to catch dough that sticks to the surface during the kneading process. I also used the largest to transfer the soft dough from one container to another. The only downside to this product for my purpose is the difficulty in using the curved surface to clean the mixing bowl or container. I would give 5 for kitchen utensils if possible.
