The level of support, both from Sales Manager as well technical team for every aspect : GPS tracking; vehicle data acquisition etc., easy to use platform with lots out-of box options (especially if you have access). Very good documentation but sometimes can be not so intuitive when need deep configuration or specific integration process like iBee2Dot1X gateway example needed some adjustment at first time we used it until I found how setup works! Excellent system that provides great amount information about our fleet vehicles status suchs battery temperature/capacity current state odometer miles per day average speed mileage / fuel consumption cost vs estimated usage value available credit limit ect.. I like that we can use it to communicate with our clients, they receive very fast answers or suggestions for their problems; I do not see any downsides yet. The app could be more intuitive because sometimes there's some delay when searching through its features. It seems easy to manage all our projects thanks to this tool. We have improved communication between our customers and us as well as made things much easier!
