Great tool in monitoring large spaces

I like that it has different options for both indoor/outdoor, with multiple cameras around your office space to keep an eye out of all areas simultaneously! The only thing i dislike about this camera system is how long you need to go through each one before finding what exactly you're looking for (it's extremely hard). If there were more features added into their product line or if they offered additional services such as data analytics, then we could definitely see ourselves using them even…

  • Can view footage live via mobile phone app
  • High quality video / audio recording capabilities

  • Sometimes takes awhile trying find specific recordings

Great solution in Fleet Management field - especially during daily operations

The level of support, both from Sales Manager as well technical team for every aspect : GPS tracking; vehicle data acquisition etc., easy to use platform with lots out-of box options (especially if you have access). Very good documentation but sometimes can be not so intuitive when need deep configuration or specific integration process like iBee2Dot1X gateway example needed some adjustment at first time we used it until I found how setup works! Great Customer Service & Software Solution

The customer support has been very helpful throughout setup process, from setting initial prices to getting help with specific questions that arose during testing phase of our new website! Very friendly people who have worked hard every day for us making sure we get everything done right when it comes time implement their solutions into my system!! None at this point. We used them as an external vendor provider (hosting) so I cannot really say about what they don't like because i wasn’t there…
