The customer support has been very helpful throughout setup process, from setting initial prices to getting help with specific questions that arose during testing phase of our new website! Very friendly people who have worked hard every day for us making sure we get everything done right when it comes time implement their solutions into my system!! None at this point. We used them as an external vendor provider (hosting) so I cannot really say about what they don't like because i wasn’t there working everyday but overall things went well enough - no complaints here if you need hosting solution then these guys will be great partner choice I like that the customer service is always there to help you with any questions or concerns you may have. The software works well, it's easy to use and has many features. It can be quite pricey for some companies. If your looking for an all-inclusive platform that will provide you with everything you need then this is one of the best platforms out there. We use web drone for our website analytics. This allows us to see exactly what our customers are doing when they visit our site.
