UPDATE 4/12/2021 Having worked with this monitor for a while I can see that upon closer inspection the colors are actually not very accurate. I have adjusted the color settings using the built in controls, factory reset the monitor and even replaced the monitor with a new one thinking it was defective. Turns out it might just be the quality of the monitor itself. Overall, this is a decent monitor, but if you're looking for color accuracy you might want to consider going elsewhere. For those wondering, I/O is on the left and the scroll wheel is on the right. ORIGINALS bought it as an extra monitor for my laptop (Legion 5). The Legion 5 has a fully functional USB-C port (power/audio/video), so you can use this monitor with just one USB-C cable. I haven't used it much, but the display and colors seem accurate and vibrant. Highly recommended!
