I like that it's easy for my team members to access with their mobile devices so we can have instant communication without having to be in our office at all times! It would also help if there were more templates available - maybe even some free ones? We use this software as an internal tool of sorts within our organization (we're not necessarily employees). This helps us keep track of who has what task or project assigned them which makes management easier than before when everyone was just using email/texts etc instead.
