Review on πŸ’§ Stay Hydrated on-the-go with Klean Kanteen Classic Stainless Steel Bottle - 27oz by Steven Murray

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Everyday Bottle

I seem to love buying Klean Kanteen, but there really is a perfect bottle for every member of the family. The 27 ounce bottle is the largest bottle that will fit in my car's cup holder. This is a great size for a drink on the go or to share with my little one. (This is the same diameter as their 12 oz.) The 3.0 Sport Cap may not be officially sealed, but I haven't had more than a drop or two as the cold water heats up and expands. The water flows evenly without air bubbles. So you have enough water to quench your thirst during a strenuous workout without overtaxing your little one. If you're used to a bottle or straw I can see where the learning curve is, but other than that it's like drinking from a regular screw cap, with no fuss. It's not quiet, but it doesn't whistle here. Water will overflow if not properly closed. 18/8 stainless steel has a metallic odor, but after two washes in the dishwasher it leaves no noticeable odor or taste on the contents. Changing content is also not a problem. minuses? Yes, there is condensation. Yes, the bottle is to be kept cold. But I don't like drinking ice water anyway, so I won't complain about that. The worst minus, no dust cover. Klean Kanteen, why don't all your 3.0 covers come with a dust cover? This makes capping bottles easier, reduces the need to touch the silicone spout with dirty hands, and keeps the cap in place while filling the bottle so you don't have to stand it on the edge of a fountain (or worse). ).UPDATE: I contacted Clint Cantin. Her research shows that most people don't use/dispose of a dust cover. They send me some for all my 3.0 bottles :) +1 for customer service!
