These are zip ties

These are great zip ties with velcro to keep them closed. My closet is filled with lots of cables, 100+ ethernet cables and I use zip ties that attach to the cable, coiled up I can easily keep them in order. The hook and eye keeps the band attached to the cable even when open and in use, and the Velcro allows for easy opening and closing compared to other solutions such as zippers or cable ties.
