Almost good enough to use alone
I was skeptical the box was smaller than expected. The pillow was folded in half and badly crumpled in the middle where you could lie. It took almost 3 weeks for the crispy piece to relax. Since then he has soothed my aching neck and traveled with me on business. I can't crumple up a pillow like that to sleep. It has a larger diameter than other neck pillows that you put in a pillowcase, and the larger diameter feels better on your neck. My physical therapist says my neck flexibility has improved since I started it. I will buy again if necessary.
