Poor bottle design in outdoor sports and leisure supplies

Do not drink from a capped bottle or while exercising. This is all due to the very poor bottle design. The bottle has a hard plastic body and a removable Phillips cap through which the contents of the bottle must flow. Unfortunately it is not possible to force liquid through an x-shaped slot as the hard plastic case does not flex or compress at all and the x-shaped slot is very small. All you have to do is remove the lid to drink. On the plus side, the adjustable carry case sits comfortably on your wrist or arm and doesn't move around during a workout. And the bottle size is convenient for transporting liquid during short to moderate exercise. In general, however, it is not recommended due to the poor design of the bottle, which makes it impossible to use without a break during training.

Pros
  • HAND FREE DESIGN ---- This 200ml (7 oz) running bottle with hand straps and anti-drip sports cap. A fully adjustable additional elastic Velcro strap with a strong wrap around the bottle keeps the bottle securely on your wrist giving you the freedom to have your hands completely free during outdoor activities.
Cons
  • ill thought out
