I feel they are very prompt, efficient in what ever tasks asked from them - whether mechanical or electronic work request (which includes diagnosis assistance). Not one thing that stood out for me about their operation was something negative! If needed there's almost always someone just waiting by when you get off schedule if it really takes too long to do your repair task which isn't bad at all. It's usually quicker than expected since we have never had any problems other then maybe having scheduling issues once every two months- but it has been resolved quickly with no hassle/charges attached so as time goes along things seem like its not an issue anymore.- They will quote everything up front even though most times the tasks come back around $20-$200 more because either labor rates differ across areas etc- this wasn;t anything unusual until recently where our account rep said she needs some money now in order be able to I like that I can get quotes over the phone or via email. As a mechanic and a business owner, I can get quotes for other mechanics and businesses to ensure that the price is fair.
