I bought two of the 120 cases: a black one for most of my Prismacolor pencils and a steel blue one for my neutral Prismacolor and Inktense pencils. I have three pencils in each section of the eraser and although it was harder to fit three pencils into each slot the first day, I found that the eraser could hold three pencils and wasn't that difficult to get out. there is more outside or inside, and only after a few days. My inktense are still a little tight as they are larger than the Prismacolors pens and I'm sure they will get easier to insert and remove over time. Still, I love these cases! They feel sturdy and it's convenient to keep all my pens in one compact case rather than the flimsy plastic trays they come in which take up more space than one case, or in my situation two cases if you only have those Turn the page and you have the rest of the colors at hand, rather than reaching for a tray that has to be held at arm's length because you can't keep them all close at once. I also unfolded the case so I only have one side up, which would be the same size as the case closed. I do this because I also use it while sitting on the couch and put the case on my arm for easy access. I have had no issues with previous reviewers and have purchased two of these and both are perfect and last. all my pencils as the case was designed to hold them. I've read that the eraser loosens its stranglehold on pencils as it adapts to them, you just have to give it a little time to work its magic. I am very happy with this purchase and the product.
