Review on Portable Meino Trio Go 14" Monitor Display Compatible by Vasu Barkins

Maybe this product is good. I wouldn't know. I received the product on May 15th and couldn't install it. Maybe it's my fault because my daughter plugged in the screen before I saw the instructions not to do so until the driver is loaded. Or maybe it's a faulty chord. Who knows. Anyway, the site only has one support email so I emailed them. It takes at least 12 hours to reply to an email and the first response was to reinstall the driver which I explained in my original email which I have already done. After lots of emails they finally sent me a support phone number and asked me to download a program so the support team could access my computer remotely and then call them during business hours which is 10am to 5pm EST . I called at 10:56 am EST and got a tape saying no one could help. I left a message Let's see how long it takes for someone to get back to me. The customer support is TERRIBLE.
