Reliable running shoes
I was a big fan of the Mizunos Wave Ridder because I ran longer than I can remember. This style has helped me get the extra support I need as I'm prone to pronation. Both Wave Rider 16 and Wave Rider 17 came up as expected and had a very short break-in period. A word of warning to anyone looking at the WaVe Rider 18: unlike its predecessors, I found them large.

- For a man with, for lack of a better word, small feet! They are light and fit perfectly on the foot.
