I like that you can create your own report or choose from one already created for free by their team members who are experts at what they do! It's not very user friendly if there isn't any previous knowledge about using this software - so it could be better explained as well!! We use market research services when working internally but also externally (business partners) which has been great since we have access all around Europe without too much hassle because our data comes straight out here where needed. There really aren’t many downsides other than maybe being able to export reports more often? If anyone needs help writing questions then these guys will give suggestions etc.. They'll even contact people themselves within minutes just tell them how important deadlines were :) You need an account first before uploading files though otherwise nothing happens until someone else uploads those same ones again haha :P Good way to get new ideas/knowledge regarding markets globally!
