Natural product - made from cork which has very low impact. Imagine a massage therapist whose hard plastic or metal hands press into your back, arms or legs; Vice therapist whose hands are made of natural, slightly soft cork. When using Rawlogy cork products (therapeutic massage balls), the contact is firm but with little effort. This serve allows the ball to mold with your body/muscle structure rather than pushing or squeezing it. I'm a real Amazon user (I have back and neck problems, not a Rawlogy employee). If your choice is cork, I would choose Rawlogy or another high quality cork product. Some of the "cork" therapy products are a mixture of cork and "other ingredients" that don't work in the same way.
