The ease of use with all our different types/versions ePO is always great! We are able to easily implement it across teams that do not have experience in deploying this type or version yet. Currently we can't rollback an update if something goes wrong so I wish there was some way for us as administrators to see what updates were installed at certain time periods without having access from outside users. Take advantage when you get free trials - they're usually much more than just demos but still give enough information about how everything works including bugs etc before deciding whether its worth purchasing licenses / features later down line. It's easy to deploy & work well within most environments once setup correctly which makes troubleshooting simple especially during support calls where clients come into help desk asking questions like "why won’t my new app open?".
