Runs small best in my review

This suit runs small I'm usually a size XL and ordered a 3X and fits good, good material. One thing I don't like as I'm exercising, and I start to feel the heat I get stuck on the suit. Not sure how to explain it. Example if I do jumping Jack's it doesn't really stretch to the point that I feel comfortable in it. Feels like it gets stuck to your skin and would rip.
