SUITABLE FOR COSTA SOUTH POINTS.

I have Costa South Point aviators and I recently lost my nose pad so I ordered these and am happy to say they fit SIMPLY WELL. The insert is exactly the same size as the original, and the size of the actual spacer is smaller. don't pay attention. In fact, I actually prefer them as they are just as comfortable and less likely to snag on my hair when I propped them up on my head. two thumbs up.
